The error of the RTN position would add to the RTK error.?ÿ If the RTN base position is post processed from a static observation at the RTK base point you can tighten things up to that about any RTK observations would be.
If you need things really really tight probably shouldn't use GPS at all.?ÿ For what I do I don't worry about it.?ÿ Markers determine corners, measurements get you there.
