Had a bad connection to cause that problem and another time it needed a firmware update.
Open the head. There is a gray flat ribbon cable that goes from the main board (green) up to the bucket on the bottom of the antenna (white).?ÿ
Remove the connector. If you have some contact cleaner, spray some on the end, then put the cable back. Do both ends.
95% of the time, this will fix it.
