It appears (to me) that OPUS-RS will not accept an observation file that is ZIP enclosed. I believe that this behavior started this morning (Thursday 11-Dec-14.)
RS will accept the OBS file directly (so if you have a ZIP file, you can extract the contents and submit the uncompressed observation file.)
OPUS-Static will accept a ZIP file. So it is does not appear to be affected.
I sent a note to ngs.opus@... and I will let you know what I find.

I know you've probably looked at this from all angles, Mark. Did you try older successfully submitted zipped files, or only recent files?
Thanks Mark.
Will this affect the use of the OPUS X90 Download tool for the time being?
Both new and old. If you unzip the file, and submit the file from within, it works. So I don't think that it is a new/old issue. Just a failure to unzip on the NGS side.
And, it is not hard to unzip and manually submit. I just have gotten spoiled submitting them in an automated fashion.

Well, the download tool works.
But for OPUS-RS, if you click the 'Export' button and then click on show folder, you can manually submit the .OBS file it will work. Remember that OPUS-Static appears to be just fine.
If it does not get fixed within a few days, I will add an option to not compress.
So far we have gotten 5 unsolicited calls from customers, so I am pretty sure it is not just me.

Thanks for the heads up Mark. I probably won't be doing any GPS until next week.
As of around 10:00 am Mountain Time on Friday December 12th this issue (ZIP files to OPUS-RS) appears to have been corrected.
Business is now as usual!
Perhaps a new appreciation of OPUS.
