I am bad in english, pardon me if many sentence is wrong. (like this one):-$ :-$ :-$

I already have all data from software processing, but for some reason i must do it manually.:-| 😐 😐
I need to know how to do baseline processing, least square adjustment to get closer coordinate (fix) , and errors ellips.:-S :-S :-S
Anyone here can help me what must i do to get resolve this (with manual processing)?:'( :'( :'(

look up Rafael Mercado from Howard County, Maryland, Department of Engineering and Surveying. He has done longhand computations of GPS data and vectors in the past, as an exercise to enhance his understanding of the subject.

This is not a trivial activity. If you are planning to start from scratch: given files from GNSS receivers compute baselines then use the baselines to form a network and solve it then compute associated statistics and other quantities, like error ellipses you will need months. You will need a strong background in math.

I infer from your post that you are looking at a geodetic quality solution, e.g. a fixed-integer solution including appropriate modeling of ionospheric, tropospheric and other effects. Will it be single or dual frequency data?

These activities usually span at least two semester length courses. Prerequisites would include programming or familiarity with software like Matlab, and courses in linear algebra and engineering statistics.

If you plan to do this, you'll need some books. I recommend the Borre and Strang text linked here: http://www.amazon.com/Algorithms-Global-Positioning-Gilbert-Strang/dp/0980232732. I liked their previous book: Linear Algebra, Geodesy and GPS but it is out of print.

Professor Borre has developed a large set of Matlab script files that go along with the text.

If this is for a course you will learn much. If not, you are going to need a lot of help. I also recommend looking at the Ohio State, New Brunswick, MIT, Delft, RMIT and other geodesy program web sites. There is a lot of good information available there. Dr Benjamin Remondi's doctoral dissertation was (is) available through the U.S. National Geodetic Survey's web site. I do not know if it is available digitally. I found it invaluable when I first got into GPS in the early 1990s.

the dissertation is available digitally! See: http://www.ngs.noaa.gov/PUBS_LIB/GPSCarrierPhase.pdf

Good luck,

DMM

I agree with Geodmike, this is not a trivial process. I've done it once for academic purposes. I used mathcad, if I can find my stuff I will send it to you.

Cheers
