I am new to OPUS. I collected data for 3 points yesterday for an OPUS-RS solution. When I try to download the 2nd of the 3 points, I keep getting the following:
"upload failedUpload failed.
Here is Why.
You have previously submitted a file that evaluates to the name nlrg027u.14o, and
that file is STILL in an OPUS processing queue!
Thank you for using OPUS!

Any suggestions?

Have you received the results from your first submission yet? If not wait until you get those then try to submit the second file.
Yes. I've received the solutions to both my 1st and 3rd points, but, still get this message when downloading my 2nd point.

What happens if you rename the file and resubmit it?
It gives me the same message.
The only thing that seemed to work was deleting the file from my computer; downloading it from the receiver again; then downloading to OPUS. I didn't get the error message, but, haven't received a solution yet...that was several hours ago.

The simple answer is straightforward. Your second submission of your 2nd file isn't accepted because your first submission is still in the cue waiting to be processed.
The real question, then, is why the first submission isn't processing.
It may be that your data file is corrupt. Or, OPUS isn't finding CORS data for the interval for one or more stations it wants to use. Did you specify CORS stations? If you wait a few hours the files will clear the cue themselves, solution or no solution.
OPUS Primer
OPUS & OPUS-RS rename the file you sent to comply with RINEX standards.
Typically the receiver starts the day's files with 1 in the eighth position and increments 2 to 9 and then puts 10 in the 7th & 8th positions.
Your file nlrg0271.14o became nlrg027u.14o, From that name I can tell that the file is an RINEX observation file from the 027th day of 2014 and the first observation began during the 20th UTC/GPS hour. The RINEX standard is to use "a" thru "x" for the 0th to 23rd hours. It was set up for OPUS type files before OPUS-RS and the possibility that you could have up to 8 OPUS-RS files in one hour (yes you can submit 7.5 minute files, not recommended but I have done it when necessary, as in GPS battery died too soon).
Since I do a lot of OPUS-RS submissions I have learned it is easiest to adjust the 4th letter from a file that will conflict to numeric values. When I am splitting a long OPUS file (2+ hours) for long OPUS-RS (1+ hours) I rename using the letter values that OPUS/OPUS-RS would assign. That makes it easier to keep my solutions pile in order.
If it is telling you that a similar named file is still in the queue and you know it is not, send a note to NGS.

I was curious as to how you got a 7½ minute file to fly in OPUS? Any time I had less than 15 it would kick it back. Thanks.
OPUS Primer
Thanks for commenting Paul. I can tell you do a lot of OPUS from previous posts. I'm using a Topcon Legacy receiver and submitting the tps file to OPUS. I assume OPUS does the rinex conversion. My original file is named log0127b.tps. Do you think I should try converting it to rinex myself?

Finally!! I guess time does heal all wounds.
I downloaded it from my receiver again and this time it seems to have worked. We'll know in a little while, if I receive a solution. (I think I tried this earlier today and never got a response).
Converting Yourself Not Neccessary
Just be aware how OPUS/OPUS-RS will rename it.
A proprietary file and most RINEX files will get renamed.
