The recent OPUS Projects webinar was a little abbreviated, but useful to me nonetheless. Several of my questions were addressed -- not always to my satisfaction due to Internet security concerns, but at least I know the answers now.
One of the most useful bits of information I gathered from the followup PDF is that you don't have to wait for the precise orbits to be available before uploading data. OPUS Projects uses the best available ephemeris at the time of session processing, so even if your OPUS upload happens when only the broadcast is available, you'll still benefit from the more accurate ephemeris if you hold off on processing the session. Since most of my OPUS Projects span multiple days, that allows me to do the daily uploads without sacrificing orbit accuracy. (Everyone else may already have know this, but it was news to me!)

But if you archive the OPUS Reports they won't show the precise ephemeris.

Once I've processed a Projects session, I'm not much interested in the initial processing report -- I can't think of any reason for reviewing it, thought I do keep them.
Jim,
I usually do session processing with the rapid orbits. When the precise orbits are available I pull up the old rapid solution and resubmit. No need to delete the old solution. OPUS Projects writes over the previous report. I usually save the rapid reports separate from the precise reports. Usually the solutions differ by 1 to a few millimeters.
