Hey dear friends. Hope all of you are happy and healthy. I have a problem with the Leica RX1205 controller.
I decided to upgrade the firmware of RX1205 but in the INTERFACE section, there is no SMARTANTENNA section for defining ATX1230.
Also, in the "system information" section, the "Instrument type" has been changed to GX1200.
Could you help me?

Hi Reza. What version of the firmware did you install. 9.01 or 8.50?
There are a few questions I would like to ask:
1- Did you download the firmware directly from myWorld or from a friend?
2- Why did you want to reinstall the firmware in the first place?
3- Are you sure you installed a firmware for the RX1250 controller or rather something for GX1230 receivers.
4- Did you install the firmware from a CF card or from a GEV234 USB cable from your PC with Leica GeoOffice.
5- If you installed from a CF card, did you use a Leica-branded CF card or a generic aftermarket CF card. Please note that there's a difference between Leica-branded CF cards and others, if you used a generic card, you WILL have problems.
6- Can you at least post pictures of those problems? That section where you said that the controller became a GX1200 is kinda wild!

Answer: The RX1250 firmware version is 8.1 and I wanna install 8.50 or 9.01

Answer: I download the firmware from myWorld directly.
2- Why did you want to reinstall the firmware in the first place?
Answer: Because theRX1250 backup battery was done and the RX1250 requested the low backup battery. Also, The RTK configuration was removed from the RX1250. after replacing the backup battery, the Instrument type was changed to GX1200, etc.
3- Are you sure you installed a firmware for the RX1250 controller or rather something for GX1230 receivers.
Answer: I am sure I have a true firmware of RX1250.
4- Did you install the firmware from a CF card or from a GEV234 USB cable from your PC with Leica GeoOffice.
Answer: I install the firmware from a CF card.
5- If you installed from a CF card, did you use a Leica-branded CF card or a generic aftermarket CF card. Please note that there’s a difference between Leica-branded CF cards and others, if you used a generic card, you WILL have problems.
Answer: I have a SANDISK CF card.

My instrument RX900 but appears as GX1200 and smartworx all menus and screens are black&white. Originally colored.
