After all of the hype I want to give Javad a try, but only if it will play well with my robot in the field. I run a Sokkia SRX with TDS. I am fine with learning the Javad LS data collection interface. But I need to make sure i can export data easily to and from the Javad and the TDS Nomad. I don't want to be required to manually enter control data into one or the other. I plan on having a sim card in both units. Can a simple text file (PNEZD comma delimited) be easily emailed to and from the Javad using cellular data? Does the Javad LS have a built in email client?

Thanks,
Dylan

The LS can mount a cloud drive, I prefer dropbox but it will also mount to Google drive. You can export via thumbdrive too.

I'm tempted to try to answer, but there are better qualified persons.
Short answer, is thumb drive transfer method, with ascii file. Watch your Grid to ground scale factor. Javad's native environment is spc.
