I've found this paper very helpful in better understanding 'the ghost in the machine' surveying with GPS. This is V.3 that came out of the 2011 Annual Alaska Surveying and Mapping Conference. Redundant to some out there but perhaps will be useful to others like myself.

Cheers! Willy

Shameless plug, but the author of that paper, Michael L. Dennis will be at the 2015 Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon Conference, January 21, 22, 23, in Salem.:-P 😀
