Launched in February, the satellite was turned on yesterday. Today's TIS-PF-NISWS update says a USABINIT was issued yesterday but I cannot find it in my inbox.

SVN 64 was used for a lot of L2C and L5 message testing.

We can expect GPS 2F-6 SVN 67 PRN 6, launched 2 weeks ago, to be enabled shortly as testing appears done.

GPS 2F-7 is scheduled for launch July 27 and GPS 2F-8 in October.

I'll turn on some GPS this afternoon and check it out.

Paul - so what does that make for the total of Navstar & glonass that we can use? I'm guessing the low 20's for the US. I have no idea about the Commies.

I turned on the GPS around 6PM, 12 in view without PRN 30. After an ephemeris update it locked on 30 and 10 others.

The house that was just finished did block some of the sky.

My project was running overtime so I did not collect any data.
