With the firmware updates for the PF500 & PF800 these receivers did generate correctly dated RINEX. However the standalone RINEX converter (version 4.7.1 was the latest version) fails. A new converter is available, 4.7.2 on the SpectraGeospatial website:

However, if you are using GNSS Solutions with post WNRO collected observations you are going to need to convert them to RINEX before importing because the converter built into GNSS Solutions does not work.
I see a comment and link to rinex converter 4.7.1 However, the link is to a doc, and even that doesn't load.
I could really use rinex converter that addresses week-rollover. I have Z-XII, and Z-Surveyor. I use a work around text editor. But, if the version 4.7 streamlines that step, I need it. But for the life of me I can't find it or ftp ashtech.?ÿ
