I plan on being there (hopefully), I have a plane ticket, hotel, registration, but for a while it was looking like I would not have time to go but I think I can make it now. I worked the last month and a half 7 days a week to try and get caught up. Not totally there yet but much closer.?ÿ

More work since January than I have ever had at one time.?ÿ?ÿ

I'm glad to see that NGS had funding to send Dan Roman and Kevin Ahlgren to talk about geoids and hear what other countries are doing.

Glad to hear that you plan to go. I had a chance to go to Vietnam after high school. I didn’t.

Got to Cambodia later. The Angkor Wat complex is well worth the visit though overrun with tourists nowadays.

As for attending conferences, after many years of doing such things I prefer to read the papers.

Now that Dr Roman is Chief Geodesist, I wonder how much he is involved in geoid determination. I did read the paper he is to present.
