No warranty or guarantee can be made, but we can have the gun or any part of this equipment inspected by our dealer, at the buyer's request and cost. The final purchase and payment of the purchase price could certainly be contingent on a clean bill of health. Other than that, once shipped, we can have no further responsibilities.

The Radios were re-celled two or three times over the last 12 years, but I am not sure what the current state of the batteries is. They fired up and talked to each other, but I do not know the life of the batteries. We have stopped using this robot, and have replaced it with a system that uses Bluetooth.

The instrument's batteries failed to adequately power the total station on the first day we bought it, and within a year only served to fill the hole in the gun. We have always used a secondary battery (motorcycle battery) with the transformer. We would be unable to ship the motorcycle (wet) battery, but the transformer would come with the instrument, since it will not work without it. (I think we paid $75 for the battery we have.)

I do not know the last time the total station was serviced or calibrated.
