Bump it means to put your thread back up to the top so that people that may have missed it can see it, and to give it more exposure.

I don't mind bumping it at all for ya if it means you can get it sold. It is definitely not a hassle. It's a little something I try to do for Help and Buy/Sell/Trade and other posts that may have been bypassed. 🙂
