Someone out in the open no trees kinda states could make excellent use of this unit, when there are no trees this is the most economical solution & best value, why pay more for GLONASS and GNSS when you don't need it.

If you are in a area with heavy vegatation I would recommend the GLONASS and GNSS model which is Model 2 or higher. However, be prepared to pay for that option.

This is an awesome superior value unit when applied to the right geographic area.
