Since some of the TSC2s have a radio built in or are in varying condition, the prices will have a range (most do not have the radio built in). As for the condition of the TSC2's, most are in good working order, with minor scratches and nicks along the edges. There are a couple of units that have a flaky touchscreen, but most have been replaced with entirely new screens. Do you have a number that you're interested in? Trimble Survey Controller v12.5 is loaded on all TSC2s. There are no modules loaded onto these units. I cannot vouch much for software on the older models, but I'll be happy to look more into those if you're interested.
Just open a data collector museum, you have an excellent collection.
