The kind I stick into Wendell's grandmas old Czech Dutch Oven and cook for 2-3 hours over a slow heat, sauteed with garlic and onions, adding fresh thyme, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and topping it off with garlic toast made out of a freshly baked loaf of bread from our bread machine. 🙂
Ok it sounds good but...we'll see how it turns out when it's actually done. This is my first time cooking a roast!! :-O It might taste like crap!! 😐
