John's Saturday afternoon seminar was very good. But he almost set off a good old-fashioned RPLSToday argument. His words were blasphemous and vile and I had to convince several people not to hang him for heresy. Lol

Haha! Good thing you talked them out of it! There was one older gentleman I met that thought the TSPS photographer was there to document who came back to the classroom and who didn't after the break. He was pretty mad that "they" (TSPS) trusted he could sign plats but couldn't trust that his signature on the attendance sheet meant that he actually attended. "I'm not going to smile for him (TSPS photographer), that's for damn sure".

I almost fell out of my chair!

I didn't notice many empty seats after the break, I figure if no one will stir the pot and beat it with sticks, you loose their attention. A little controversy keeps the conversation alive. Really turned into a great discussion, though.

It was great to finally meet face-to-face with so many RPLSers that I've known for years. What a great bunch of surveyors.

I spent time talking to Kent a couple of times. Kent Mobley that is. As for McMillan, what could he learn at a seminar?
