I do not know whether there are any copyright issues you will need to consider using their materials.
I do have a 2008 hard copy of that book. I need to talk to Dr. Elgin about that - perhaps he has some classroom handouts he can share. I will be seeing him next week. Thanks for reminding me...now where is that book?
