Dr Potts is not licensed in New Jersey. He is currently working on his experience if I recall correctly. He would not have knowledge of what the test entails unless he sat for it and would be would be under a DNA anyway.
James Sens, PLS was my boundary professor and could not talk bout it.
From what I understand the test is on statutes specific to NJ. Remnant law, etc.
