What is the process to get licensed in NH if you are already licensed in a couple other states??ÿ I tried looking it up on their website, but I'm having trouble finding a direct answer.?ÿ Do they have a comity process?

Follow-up question: How difficult of a transition is it for a midwest PLSS surveyor to get licensed and/or practice in NH??ÿ I'm assuming I would be working under someone already licensed/experienced there, but other than everything being metes and bounds, what else is there to be aware of??ÿ I've worked in Vermont a little bit (several years ago), so I have a tiny bit of relevant experience.

The process is pretty straightforward. You will need to fill out an application, sheet for the state exam, and no other requirements other than that. New Hampshire is very similar to the surrounding New England states with the exception of research. You mentioned Vermont, their research is by town, New Hampshire is by county. I would reach out directly to the IPLC. WWW.oplc.nh.gov/board-land-surveyors

When I looked into it years ago, you needed to compile a portfolio for three projects, showing all aspects; research, fieldwork notes, comps, final plan, etc.  Even if you're licensed in another state
