Is the only way to obtain Indiana Mandatory Topic credits by attending the annual society conference or society seminars throughout the year?
There are number of providers on the board's site but most pertain to general topics.
Thanks!

Pursuant to 865-1-15-5 (1) it is my interpretation that the course offered must be offered by organizations that have been approved by the board and meeting the requirements outlined in 1-15-6.
See http://www.in.gov/pla/surveyor.htm for approved providers.
Keep in mind that this is only my interpretation.

These are both good options. Chuck's health has gotten quite bad. I believe Transit is discussing the possibility of selling out. It's been said that Don would still be affiliated under the new ownership.
Thanks all.
The Illinois conference is coming up and I believe they have classes to meet the Indiana requirements. Google IPLSA and take a look, its coming up in about a month.

Try Transit Seminars - The instructor is retiring but hear the company is for sale. Their out of Fort Wayne. Travel all over Indiana & give classes. I took a mandatory ALTA class with them a month or so ago in Valparaiso, IN.
