Correction, it was AbeBooks that I found the copy of Interpreting Land Records.

I received a reply from Mr. Wilson yesterday afternoon. Here is a portion of his reply:

Think of Easements and Reversions as the First Edition, the latest being the second. The later book has about everything the first one does ( a few things left out) but the first one became not only a standard in at least two professions, but was used as a text in a number of seminar. There are much better illustrations in the later book, and a lot more of them.

We do have a few copies of the first one left: http://www.surveyorsed.com&apos ;">www.surveyorsed.com

I did find the book from the New Hampshire Association for a very reasonable price. I went ahead and ordered one.

Kudos to Wilson for replying so quickly. Most of my work being easements and R/W his 'second' addition seems to stay 'off the shelf' and near my monitor a lot.

I have my eye on a few books that Don Wilson has written, just looking for good deals, as I was fortunate to find a few additions to the library over the past few weeks, so I have exhausted my "extra" funds for the moment.

I saw that Mr. Wilson has a book entitled Easements and Reversions. It appears to be an older book, and I am wondering if his newer book,
Easements Relating to Land Surveying and Title Examination, that I already have, is a "second edition", and maybe more expanded.

I think I would like a copy for my library, but the one copy I found in a very quick search was around $180 or so, way out of my price range for right now.

If anyone has any information on this book, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
Jimmy

Jimmy, I have a copy of this book and I refer to it all the time, as the topics covered apply to every project I work on. Worth the money - Tax write off...
