If you pass the NCEES's FS Exam in Oklahoma, how can this be used in Texas in the process of becoming an SIT for Texas?

Having passed the FS an applicant must still meet Texas requirements and apply to the TX Board for approval as an SIT.
In some other jurisdictions one is automatically an SIT after passing the FS exam.
