Did you try the embed code?

Doesn't seem to work, seems one of the strings is too long. I wonder if there is a workaround for the You-Tube embeds?

[flash width=640 height=385] http://www.youtube.com/v/66HBLo4GxDI&hl=en_US&fs=1 [/flash]

Hmmm. I tried the URL method and it just left blank space. I think that was because the forum has pre-specified dimensions which are different from the linked video.

However, if I got the embed code from YouTube and then used the video code method here, it worked as above.

Did you use the flash button to the right of the message area, or did you just paste the code?

OK, so we have to hit the button with the little piece of film strip with the word flash. Got it.

At this point, I'm thinking I'll remove the "video URL" from the Flash feature since it doesn't seem to work properly. The embed feature works great though.

Yeah, the Flash code is the one that works.

With the URL way of doing it, you are supposed to copy and paste the YouTube URL from your browser's address bar into the form here. But the form here is hard-coded with a specific video size (height and width) and if the video you are linking to is any other size, it will not display.

Embedded videos require Adobe Flash support, which Apple has completely refused to ever support. Sorry. 🙁
