It was Ragtime Annie I think. Sounded a lot like Chicken Reel.
Sounds like "Soldier's Joy" to me.
Edit: After listening to them here, I'd have to go along with "Ragtime Annie."

As I have dial-up I only listened to the beginning, but that is almost certainly Ragtime Annie. There's a local mandolin player who always plays that one at Friday night bluegrass jam.
