Duct tape is one half of a Redneck tool kit. Duct tape if it moves and isn't supposed to, and WD40 if it doesn't move and is supposed to. I have both in my truck at all times, and YES I am a redneck.

I'll bet that reflective cover cost a lot more than a roll of duct tape.
I hate duct tape. Terrible stuff to get off of anything.
I use theatrical gaffer tape for a lot of things where I want it to be removable. It sticks to anything but comes off without peeling paint. It costs a lot more but is worth it for many purposes.
