You really can't ever go wrong with Sierra Nevada, or Dogfish head for that matter.
Some of the Dogfish Head tends to be a little...um...extreme for my taste, though.
I have consumed a LOT of Bud in my time before I discovered beer;-)

Best beer I have had the pleasure to try comes from Shiner in Texas. I like every beer they make.
Last year I returned to a friends house to resurvey and create his fenced yard as a new tract he wanted for a reverse mortgage.
For pay I ask him for some catfish and he thru in a few quarts of his homemade tomato juice with select spices, fresh potato and green beans.
A half cup of his homemade tomato juice creates an Ole' Milwaukee that has become a standard.

Oh brother...if GMO's are so bad how come the yeast don't seem to mind? Anywho Some great local breweries here in CT. If any of you are up this way, I'll buy the first round.
That information is a great example of why any fermented wort should be sterilized by a distillation process that leaves little, if any, of the undesirable impurities.

I've spent quite a bit of time in California over the years, Mexico to Oregon, Nevada to the beach. If I were to suggest one state to visit... (to someone somebody from another country with a limited amount of time to see the "sights") it would be California.
Too bad that it's over-run by WAY TOO MANY people...
