If you do you....what happened to us?
You can't beat the feeling - of a Coke burp coming up your sinuses.
ONE MORE TIME!!!
Get as many as possible together one more time and do it again.?ÿ We need all the help we can get.
The answer to the question is that most people won't give up their Coke to anyone else.
what happened to us?
I would be afraid the answer would be political...

We need all the help we can get.
I believe you are correct....hell, my first "house" was cheaper than this...
Some people are thrilled to be smashed together in some mosh pit of maniacs such that they only think they are seeing and hearing the performance any better than someone later buying a video of the show.?ÿ I am not one of those people.?ÿ Never have been.?ÿ Never will be.?ÿ Those who enjoy such concerts are encouraged to do so while the sane world enjoys other things equally well.
I saw Grand Funk Railroad for $4.50; first concert; circa 1973.
No mosh pit, but the place was jumping...
No mosh pit, but the place was jumping...
Yea, didn't even have to bring your own weed, just breathe and things got cool.. ?????ÿ
@dougie?ÿ
Saw Grand Funk in 1970 with Savoy Brown (I think).?ÿ I'm sure the tickets weren't more than a few bucks.?ÿ Mosh pits hadn't been invented yet.?ÿ But after the drugs took effect the whole place reminded me of the tavern scene from the first Star Wars.?ÿ It was a wonderful trip.
My most amazing accomplishment of the evening:?ÿ Driving home in a VW bug with no second gear.?ÿ ?ÿI thought it was the transmission...but when I awoke the next day and inspected I realized there was just an old tennis shoe jammed under the seat that kept the shifter from going far enough to get into gear.
Life was so much simpler back then and answers were there for the taking.
Yeah, still here, sharing hugs with whomever wants a hug. ?ÿDad says everybody needs seven hugs a day.
Life was so much simpler back then and answers were there for the taking.
And when the concert was over nobody got shot, no fights except for verbal ones as to who was first in the line at McDonalds. Today ya gotta pack heat to go to the 7-11. ?????ÿ
It could be a concert by nearly anyone truly famous and I wouldn't go if the tickets were given to me.?ÿ I wouldn't go to watch the Championship Game of the Final Four under the same conditions.?ÿ I would not go to watch Game 7 of the World Series under the same conditions.
Can you tell that I do not enjoy being some anonymous object that is an annoyance to rabid fans of most any kind of event??ÿ About 49 years ago I attended a Sonny and Cher Concert in Allen Fieldhouse on the University of Kansas Campus, where the Jayhawks use their paid players and their extremely rich coach to pretend they are playing amateur basketball.?ÿ I was about 3 rows down from the absolute top row of seats.?ÿ It could have been Elton John and Ru Paul lip-synching to recorded music for all I could tell from where I was seated.
which is why I summoned Englebert Humperdinck.
less mayhem and definitely no people throwing their panties on his stage.
I'm similar but different.?ÿ I worked through a bizarre circumstance of anthropophobia in my teens, likely a result of nearly being kidnapped at 11yo.
I work with the idea of stay out of my immediate circle if I don't know you or don't approach you... otherwise you might get the Horns....(imagine Vice principal Richard Vernon....?ÿ ?ÿ????
