Ok so there is this lady who walks a little rat like dog on the walk in front of my house daily, now she has developed a habbit of letting her dog poop in front of my house between the sidewalk and the street, then she bags the poop and leaves it sit right there till she comes back later in the day to pick it up in her car, which means everyday there is a bag of poop sitting there for 5 or six hours.
I need some good advice on how to end this crap!
Post a sign, but be friendly. Have a conversation with her, if you can be home when it happens. I'm surprised she comes back to get it. Most just look the other way.

Especially after all that bacon and hard boiled eggs that Boundary lines is knocking back.
At least she bags it. Why doesn't she carry it with her like most normal dog walkers?
Catch her in the act and politely ask her to take it with her. If she refuses, well, I believe in peace through superior fire power. 🙂
Pick up the bag after she leaves, wait on her to come back to get it, then throw it at her.
Take a picture of the dirty deed in action. Then call the police. That technically is littering, which no doubt is a misdemeanor.
Contrarily, just take the bag-o-poop and deposit it on her porch, with a nice note "..you left this in my yard, please don't doo it again or I will ...see above sentence"
Or since its almost Halloween, just go egg her house some night. Or T.P. her bushes. That's what we did as kids.
Make sure the bag is open first.
Then run around real crazy like the guy in the horse corral commercial..

Option 1: count your blessings and be thankful she is at least that responsible.
Option 2: move to a gated community that does not allow animals.
Option 3: make both of your lives totally miserable
Collect the poop for the week before Halloween. Put it all in a paper sack. Place it on her front porch, light the sack, ring the door bell and then run.

I'd just catch her in the act and request that she train her dog to poop in the neighbor's yard that always has the loud music.

I assume you know this is happening because you have seen it....so why not just go out there next time you see it happen and ask her politely not to do it anymore?
Option 4: Have a civil conversation with her in which you thank her for at least bagging it, but also ask her to properly dispose of it right away instead of leaving it for several hours.
Just put it in your own trash. maybe she'll get the message that way.
Box it up (in double sealed ziplocks) and mail it to her in one of those flat rate envelopes with a nice note saying that she must have forgotten something.
Or by UPS - "What brown can do for you"
