Is there an "RPLS for idiots" book published yet? How do you post a new post?

There is a "new discussion" button on the right side when viewing the discussion group you want to post it in. I don't see a generic one anywhere else.

Anybody find the equivalent of a "RECENT" button on the old site on this site?

Note: Any issues specifically about site problems, feedback, suggestions, etc. should be posted in the Site Issues group at: https://rpls.com/groups/site-issues/

This will help keep the forums focused on surveying-related topics. 🙂

The closest I've found to a RECENT button is the Discussion Forums button on the top ribbon (2nd from left, looks like a chat bubble with 3 dots in it). That takes you to a page that looks like the attached image. Assuming it's working correctly, there have only been 6 new posts in the last 24 hours.

Looked for a like button but couldn't find one. Thanks for the reply.

Not sure this Old Dog will able to learn these new tricks, or be willing to put in the time to. I didn't contribute too much, but followed the recent topics daily.

Best of luck to you all in this new world. I am getting ready to retire in December anyway, so perhaps an omen that it is indeed time.

Yes, the main forums page is where you'll find the latest discussions, based on which have the most recent replies, in descending order. 🙂

The "Activity Feed" also shows recent individual posts in the forums.
