My brother Daryl and the lovely Mr.s M have just checked in to the Red Light District in Amersterdam. This is one day I hope he has all his camera batteries charged up for sure. I was going to put this in the Buy/Trade/Sale category but changed it at the last moment.
Come on Daryl. Make us all proud!

I look forward to his photography!! 🙂
If he is willing to be photographed doing anything in Amsterdam, he isn't really doing it right.
Dearl,
I'm sure Brother Daryl already knows this but:
There are some warnings about this area :
1. Don't take pictures of the girls
2. Don't walk on small alleys alone during the night
3. Beware of pickpockets
4. Don't buy drugs on the streets.
Daryl,
If you are coherent while there take lot's of pictures, and incidentally if you happen to stumble across a pound or so of "white widow" or "northern light" feel free to just mail it to me. 😉
Have a great time and say hey to Mrs. M.
Deral,
Do you and your brother Daryl have another brother named Larry?
As a matter of fact, they do, and he frequents this forum. 🙂

Oh great, all this time I thought our identities were in a safely locked room... 😛
I wonder how many other family secrets will be popping up during this Deral, Daryl, & Larry Family Value trip to Amsterdam. We'll just have to wait for the pictures, eh
I'm just glad my mother didn't have any kids that survived. Then again, never been to Amsterdam but always wanted to go. Come to think of it, I haven't talked to my good friend Daryl in a while...hmmmmmm 🙂
"Deral, Daryl, & Larry Family Value trip to Amsterdam"
I was jokingly referring to characters from the old "Newhart" TV show.
OMG, I hope that Wendell & Angel thought that wasn't a serious comment. I got your joke, as I assumed others would, and I sure hope they got a chuckle of mine.
As my SWMBO often reminds me, along with a physical motion of zipping ones lip... all the while smiling .... "zip it". I never really saw that until her...hmmmmmm

Yes...The Red Light District...a lovely place for a morning tea and crumpet ... gets a bit zombi-ish in the evening though... pretty much kept the camera incognito on this pass through Amsterdam... Jet lag got to me amonst other things...sorry boys. Just a few shots of myself because I havn't had enough of myself yet...and some random snapshots while walkin about...
...next stop Abu Dhabi...
NICE PICS!!

DARYL!!! Those are awesome photos, as usual from you!!! I LOVE the huge rubber duckies!! Looks like everything is written in English....is it real expensive there? TINTIN train looks fun!! Can't wait to see the photos from UAE and hear about the different cultural things. Hopefully one day W and I can follow in your traveling footsteps. Prague and Sicily are on our bucket list. Be safe my friends!!
> I don't remember much about these photos.....this is the absolute worse photo I have ever taken in my entire life.
LOL, I know how you feellllll........
Thanks for sharing, safe travels to you and Lady M.

Here is a really bad one that I took, at a wedding that I don't remember much about....
Hey Daryl,
I'm looking at the breakfast menu and wondering if this where the term bean counter came from.;-) Did you make sure you got all 173?
Looks like your dog really enjoys the planning process. Great pics as always.
