I could become a trillionaire if people would simply pay me a fair sum to cheer/root/support whichever team they want to have lose a specific game. It would be like shooting fish in a barrel. The most certain way to insure a specific team will lose is to have me cheering for them.

No payments have come in prior to this weekend's round of games. Half of you are going to be sorry. I may be cheering for your favorite team.

And what makes you think I'm not a Hog Fan? 🙂

He thinks that because of what I said in the initial post to this thread. If I root for a team, they are doomed. So, you asking me to root for the Hogs suggests you want them to lose.

Nate is appealing to the contrary nature of most Surveyors.

He thinks if he asks you to root for the Hogs then you will root for the other team not knowing he wanted that all along.

Cheering for A & M last week worked great! This week, how about cheering for Tennessee and Ole Miss?

All you had to do was provide me with an incentive to cheer for the Crimson Tide. Keep that in mind for next week's opponent.

Time to get your requests in for this weekend.

For whom should I cheer (and, thus, doom)?

How about Colorado Buffaloes.

Then, the Friday after Thanksgiving, if you could cheer for the Iowa Hawkeye's; that would be great....:hi5:

Edit-I just looked; you need to go out and buy a BIG West Virginia Mountaineers Banner and run it up your flag pole! :excruciating:

Thanks Cow; for cheering on the Buffs yesterday. I know that they are a distant cousin, so that had to be tough.

Sorry to hear about the J-Hawks, 49 to 0? We'll just call this a building year...

Don't forget to cheer for the Hawkeyes on Friday; the Huskers need all the help that they can get!

Go Hawks!

You cannot imagine how difficult it is for me to cheer for a team enough to get them to be ahead by a touchdown with 1:31 to go yet fumble twice and end up losing by 3. No one in Ames, Iowa will ever ask me to root for their team again. (As if anyone did yesterday.) Edit: Just learned that Iowa State has fired their football coach. All they have to do is pay me to pull of their opponents.

I must admit that I broke even rooting for both Oklahoma and Oklahoma State yesterday.

LSU-loving people are probably preparing to send me lots of money to stop cheering for their team.
