Scott,

I remember you posting on the other board about a dog you had that was more wolf than dog and being very large. Is this the same dog?

Happiness is also a nap after a hard day fishing on the boat.

Happiness is keeping the seagulls from pooping on my boat. There is a fish cutting table 30 feet to the right of the picture.

He looks like a chocolate lab. We have a yellow lab and he's a great dog.

Both my dogs fetch

Angel,

My two dogs are going through six to eight tennis balls a week. Luckly I am doing a site plan for a local tennis club (these people only use a tennis ball once then it is no good) so in addition to my fee I am getting about a 55 gal. drum full of tennis balls over the next year.

I had a springer spaniel named Rex that would not quit fetching. You could be weeding the garden and throw a weed to the side, he'd fetch it. You could hit a golf ball in the front yard, fetch. You could pick up a stick that neither you nor he had ever seen, toss it into the thickest brush, it might take a while but he'd find and fetch it. I tossed stuff that I was sure he'd never find and a few hours later, there it would be presented to me on the back porch and he'd be poised and ready for the next toss. Best frisbee dog I ever saw too. Could've probably won some prizes even though I'm not the best frisbee thrower ever, he made up for it.

My buddy had a dog that would fetch a rock. You could pick up a rock at your feet and throw it down the beach, a beach that was covered in rocks and she would bring back the same rock you threw.

Floyd, my dog will go get the ball if we throw it, but then she picks it up, looks at us like we're dumb humans, drops it, and comes back. We had her with another dog that fetched and it was so funny to watch her look at THAT dog like that dog was out of its mind. She does like balloons! We just discovered this at my neighbors party. It was hilarious to watch her play with a balloon!! I was all excited- "My dog PLAYS!!" hehehe

I  my Puppy Dooogie!! :dog: :good:

My dog, a yellow lab from Lab rescue, Loves to play fetch. she will get you the toy you ask for as well. she also trained herself to stop the cat from scratching on the front door. I used to yell at the cat when I heard her start working the door over and the dog picked up on it. now when she starts scratching, the dog will jump up from a deep sleep and make a pass by the front door to stop her. pretty smart.

My dog would bring the toy to throw and then watch your dog go get it.
