Well, I've been away from the forum for awhile but have finally settled into a new job and the start of a whole new chapter in life. I have taken up with Jacobs in Denver - set up a little apartment for during the week, drive home to the hubby and family on weekends. I am really excited about taking my skills to the next level and getting reengaged with the profession. I also hope to be accepted into the doctoral program at CU Denver; fingers crossed. I look forward to connecting with more of you on a more regular basis. I will miss the travel that working in the Middle East afforded me but it's time to move on.
Welcome back!
Welcome back!
Welcome to Colorado!
You're in good company on the east slope. I've got kin from Ft. Collins all the way down to the Springs. I've never been to the Middle East, but given the choice I think the Rockies would definitely be mine.
Good luck with the doctoral, we need smart and competent folks to represent our scraggly herd. 😉
Congratulations Teresa! Glad you're back "in town".
I've really enjoyed all the travels encountered in my past life, have to say that it is ever so nice to stay around after the dust settles and enjoy the view.
Enjoy
Thank you! Glad you made it back in one piece.
So happy you made it back safely.
And, it JUST HAPPENS that you landed in the good ole usa, in a GREAT PLACE TO SKI!!! 🙂
