A much more common experience for me is a request for an ALTA when what is wanted is a foundation survey.

I suspect the majority of ??em are groomed in FL where frivolous lawsuits originated then distributed in locales nationwide. ?????ÿ
99 percent of lawyers give the rest of them a bad name.
I have known some very good, ethical attorneys.?ÿ I have also met some that are lower than a snakes belly.

I make 100% of lawyers 100% of their and their client's time.because they do not record my drawings and they republish my property description to match their style.
They waste my time by ignoring my survey and not recording a certified original.
They got words on record and not an official certified boundary survey.
