The warmup is predicted to get to Iowa tomorrow. Currently -9F with expected high +4F.
@bill93?ÿ
Fortunately we're not going through Iowa...I don't think? Maybe we are... Heck I dunno at this point. ?????ÿ
A 20-mile stretch of I-5 in Lewis County is shut down due to flooding. The roadway is expected to remain closed through the weekend, according to Washington State Patrol.
If you go north first to hit I-90 as soon as possible, you will use I-29 through the western edge of Iowa.
It's hard to guess what the weather will be by then.
We need an hourly tracking update from your departure from Fayetteville until arrival at her new home.?ÿ Sort of a Where's Waldo? but renamed instead to be Where's Wendell??ÿ I'm certain our comments will keep you amused and advised.?ÿ In fact, you can start once you arrive in Tulsa.?ÿ As you go from Tulsa to the Home of the Razorbacks you will pass within one mile of Kansas, the City of Kansas, OK that is.
I am using location sharing feature on Google Maps for my Mom and a good friend who are both worry warts. They can see in real time where we are at any time as of this morning.
It would be kind of cool though to have some sort of live tracker to post here.

Turns out there is a way and I will test it out tomorrow. A link would be shared here, where you could see our progress and post comments. We can also take pictures and share them along the way. Keep your eyes peeled for, "A BeerLegger's Journey". 🙂
So much for testing tomorrow! I've already tested and got it all setup. 🙂
Don't rob any banks!!
Oh, my, a revival of Bonnie and Clyde???????ÿ I don't see that happening.?ÿ Probably more like "Driving Miss Angel".
Wendell,
Ditch the suv and ask for a convertible - lots more stories to blog.?ÿ Plus, if you are going to to this, you need to do it right.
????

Cripes Wendell, if you followed all of our advice it would likely take you three months and 96,000 miles to git home. That's too expensive in a rental. ?????ÿ

But think of the things we would see! And the people we would meet! That's actually been one of our dreams -- to either ride the train or rent a motorhome and go on a "BeerLegger Tour" with many BeerLeggers at local taverns along the way. That would be soooooooooo much fun! 🙂
@wendell?ÿ
"That would be soooooooooo much fun!"?ÿ?ÿ
Especially If you won powerball and bought one of these......kinda like chasing rainbows, but fun to imagine! ?ÿ?????ÿ
