(Black Mirror on Netflix) Curious is if any members here watch this show? If so I would like to read your thoughts. Strange show.
Only a few episodes in on season one - and if the reality depicted in the episodes become half true - I fear for our children's future...as if I don't already...

Man that show is crazy. I've seen random ones here and there when my wife was watching it. The one with the Prime Minister and the [emoji241]... Jeez

I have watched season 1 and 2. The show is strange, I love it though, probably because I have a similar distrust of the new electronics world.
The episode that depicts how over dependent everybody is on social media really hit home for me.
Watched awhile back and liked most of the episodes. I found it to be a lot like the old Twilight Zone series.
I'm watching The Crown now. Pretty soon I start watching Stranger Things 2. I thought the acting in the first Stranger Things was very good.
I watched episodes one and two as a result of this thread. The first was riveting but the second was boring. Should I keep watching?

Yeah, I'd suggest you stick with it. Some episodes are better than others.
Second on keep on watching. Each episode is separate from the others, as in not a continuing story line from episode to episode.
Watched a couple of episodes.... it's not my cup of tea. This, on the other hand:
We have enjoyed The Tunnel on PBS.
It is a UK-French production.
Delayed releases in the US.
Contemporary plots,Good acting and writing.
A working class Brit detective teamed up with a French autistic inspector.
Two seasons so far and a short third season is planned to end the series.
I guess there is a way to stream it somehow through PBS

Okay, it's probably obvious....but I can't figure out what FTW means.
Edit: nevermind. I googled it. "For The Win".

Proving once again how "out of the loop" I am with all this new wizardry........:confounded:
Hmmm I always thought FTW stood for a more anti-social saying. But I am watching Breaking Bad for the second time. Watched a few years ago...amazing how I can totally forget a tv episode.
