Send them a $5 donation or a six pack, you will be welcomed back. ?????ÿ
Of course they banned you, why would they want absurd ideas infecting their website.?ÿ
One thing I have never really heard from the flat earther...Why would it matter if the earth is flat or round? And why are they so against the idea the earth is round? What is the benefit to the flat earth idea?
What is the benefit to the flat earth idea?
They get to see normal people freak out...
They get to see normal people freak out...
"normal" ???? ?????ÿ
I ain't that familiar with their society. Is their Earth a flat rectangle or a flat circle? ?????ÿ
So, which side of the flat earth are you on? Upper, or lower?
Ya heard of the "land down under"?
Not on topic, but
I recall a Sci-fi story about a gargantuan cylindrical spaceship.?ÿ It rotated about the long axis such that centrifugal force at the inside surface mimicked gravity.?ÿ Anyone?
There's a song about that:

?ÿ
On a hippie trail, head full of zombie
I met a strange lady, she made me nervous
She took me in and gave me breakfast
And she said
Where women glow and men plunder?
Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder?
You better run, you better take cover
He was six-foot-four and full of muscle
I said, "Do you speak-a my language?"
He just smiled and gave me a vegemite sandwich
And he said
Where beer does flow and men chunder
Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder?
You better run, you better take cover, yeah
With a slack jaw, and not much to say
I said to the man, "Are you trying to tempt me
Because I come from the land of plenty?"
And he said, oh
Where women glow and men plunder?
Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder?
You better run, you better take cover ('cause we are)
I've met a few that would talk about their belief and it sounded like the earth was flat and it just kept going on and on without end.

@sergeant-schultz A lot of examples. Maybe Ringworld or Rendezvous with Rama. CJ Cherryh has stations that have normal gravity on the 'rings', less in the core. On TV, the Expanse and Babylon 5. Oh yeah, Gene Wolfe's Long Sun books. These are just a few that I've read or heard about.
Based on the plate/disk that he's seen in some of the flat earth literature, a colleague, Bojan Savric, who's helped develop algorithms for several map projections, says that they're using an azimuthal equidistant projection. ??? ???? ????ÿ
