A couple friends invited me to Tacoma for the weekend so I made a little 3 minute video for posterity.
My favorite part is right around 1:45. Thanks Daryl! 🙂
Never been to Tacoma but I used to own one...
Very entertaining,
thanks for sharing,

Enjoyed the video. Who was the band and what was the name of the song?
they call me the Breeze by J.J. Cale
> That was outstanding! You gots talents!

> Amazing what they've done with the Tacoma waterfront; shloulda seen it years ago during the days of the "Aroma of Tacoma". There was a famous height modernization situatio nthere many moonms ago where the levels on one side of the harbor missed the other side by a foot, but alls well now.

> Friendly rivalry between Seattle and Tacoma, some there call Seattle "latteland" and some in Seattle refer to tacoma as "Who-cut-the-cheese-berg".
> Nice place though, some of my best friends are from Tacoma 😉
Thanks...the one thing I notice about Tacoma is the spit shine cleanliness off the place...no graffiti even. The Waterfront is outstanding. Glass art is a common theme.

You probably needed to get out a little further....;-)
But seriously, it has cleaned up a lot. I remember doing some work near the now convention center. My buddy says, if you come over here and let me use your knee, I think I can climb up this wall. So I get down on one knee and he steps up on the other and slips. Out from the weeds pops this LARGE PURPLE MARITAL AID....
Scared the shi...crap out of me, then we had a good laugh.
If you ever get back and want to see the pretty side of Puyallup, give me a shout!
Cheers,
Radar

Agreed!!!! I'd like to take the choo choo up thataway sometime...and stay in Seattle. Totally use all public transportation and leave the car home. Would definitely be an adventure!
The Train is the best way to get upto Seattle area Angel...totally kickback...hang in the bistro or dining car... Watch great scenery go by...about $32 OW... Beats I5 corridor
Dugger... Thought about you when I was up there...would love to hangout and get the Radar tour... I head back to Alaska in Mid May for the summer... Maybe fit a couple days in before or in the Fall.
Daryl-
TU and La Boss Lady !
Cheers
Derek
