We were out making a cut in the new pavement base for a monument box this am (after I had taken Hog#2 to his rendevous with destiny and while it was cool)- we'll set the box on monday/Tuesday depending on when the contractor is ready to make his PCCP pavement pour.
Anyway, driving back to the office- I passed the fairgrounds and the carnies were setting up the carnival rides- and were actually wearing hardhats-
cue - "who do ya love" a'la Joe Dirt.
They got tired of having one too many pigeons crapping on their heads??? :-O
They must have had a visit from OSHA.
In this case, hardhats are redundant... they are hardheaded!

Of all the circus animals, I think a good friendly elephant is one of the best.
