Yessir-

It's the vault's 'aging' process really cleans up the title !

How long do you 'vault age' your area's title ?

I Cannot Believe They Never Had A Deed Registry System

Most counties in the US have Deed recording systems as well as the availabbility of Title Insurance. However if you have never had it then ou might as well go to a Torrens system. I believe what they are saying that over time if no one comes forward to challenge a less than perfect regitration it can be deemed to have been proven by repose or possession.

However this article fails to fully expalin the requirements of Registration because it is much more than merely filing a document.

Long, long overdue

Hard to believe they've gone this long without a formal registration procedure.
