I'm interested in how small survey firms of 10 employees or less work this out, if they work it out at all.
Administered by an Edward Jones type firm? Cost to administer, or do they work off investment commissions.
Do you offer matching?
Interested in offering this to my 6 employees (so they are not poached !) but have no idea where to begin.
BTW I use a payroll service but they have not been a help with this. Outside their scope of services.

We're bigger (60 +/- employees) but we use the group plan through ACEC.?ÿ One of my former employers (500+ employees) used the same plan.?ÿ With a lot of firms participating they can pool resources and bring the fees down
