The article isn't clear, would that bill apply to all land surveying, or just land surveying related to eminent domain takings?

I doubt this goes anywhere, though. Not to get P&R, but it seems like the wealthy corporations always win, lately.

I agree that there is a substantial ambiguity in the article... It states "...companies like Dominion..." but what classification are they using for their judgement?
