Sebago, Maine PLS Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good surveyor for someone wishing to develop about 150 acres of land in Sebago, Maine for residential view lots??ÿ I'm guessing between 10 and 2o lots at most.?ÿ I know the potential developer well, he's the uncle of one of my best friends. Quite the character, he made a good living urchin diving off the coast of Maine (back in the glory days) and then used the money to invest in some condos in Rhode Island. He's a pilot, a marine and aviation mechanic, and has been running a small excavation business on the side.?ÿ Plans to do most of the dirt work himself and is competent to do so.

He will need more guidance and on the ground support than I can give from NC if he is going to successfully wade through the red tape that DEP, MDOT, and Town of Sebago will throw at him. I warned him that development of this sort was incredibly risky. He understands that he may have to spend $20,000 just to find out that he can't do what he wants to.
