signed the loan docs yesterday, take delivery of the new gear next week on my birthday.?ÿ paid premiums and i'm insured like a mofo.?ÿ guess i have to give notice here now.
already have 4 good sized ALTAs lined up.?ÿ guys at 3 different companies sent emails this morning wanting to know when i can start taking work.?ÿ the next week i'll put the calls and emails out to let everybody know i'm back.?ÿ between the 8 escrow agents here, the half dozen or so attorneys i talk to on a semi-daily basis, and the "old" clients i haven't yet called- i ain't worried about the near term.
main goal is to see how fast i can pay off this loan (yesterday negated a year's worth of debt erasure).
