So how can I tell if I am part of the class action lawsuit? Is there a map somewhere?

My guess is; if you are a private property owner, in the United States, you can potentially be part of the suit...

I just wonder if we are also going to see ambulance chasing commercials in the future. "Were you injurned on someones property while playing the pokemon go? Then call mullins and mullins and we will fight for your right to get a settlement."

Not often I agree with class actions lawsuits, but I agree with this one. Some of the sites chosen are in horribly bad taste, such as the Holocaust Museum. What were they thinking?

They are thinking that the Holocaust Museum is a place of interest, a place that people should be going to.

At this point I think a lawsuit isn't justified. The biggest issue is that the points of interest in the game
are located in public property/ROW (granted there are some points that that may not be true of). In addition,
there is a mechanism for removing points from the game.

There is a business in a neighboring town that is embracing their designation as a pokeman gym. They hold
special events that cater to local player. I don't play the game, so I've never been to one of the events,
but I hear that the gatherings are a lot of fun as well as being lucrative for the business.

If you have ever seen anybody play the game you would most likely think that it was somebody texting on their phone.

It's a safety issue here, just as any mobile device usage and consequential distractions.
Some of this is just plain wreck less and irresponsible.

Tasmania Police warns Pokemon Go gamers to not hunt and drive, as they receive growing reports of dangerous behaviour by users of the new game.
"We have reports of people stopping in the middle of intersections, people blocking roads, driveways and it's becoming increasingly difficult to deal with and it's becoming increasingly dangerous," she said.
"We've had one report recently where there was a car stopped in the middle of a busy intersection and the driver was using their phone looking through the camera, playing the game," she said.
