I came across the attached rate schedule and found the crew rates a little strange. Are we to infer that a 1-man crew consists of a Technician 3 and $10/hour of vehicle and equipment? Or do we step down the food chain and make it a Technician 2 plus $25/hour of gear? I'm hoping that it's not a Tech 1 with $70/hour of buttons to push.

It's dismaying that a 1-man crew doesn't even warrant a Surveyor, let alone a Senior Surveyor or Principal Surveyor.

Some rate schedules are a result of negotiations with a major client. I've got over a half dozen rate schedules, at this point I only use three; it depends on the client.

So, they look completely different, there ends up being some odd charges.

Some clients won't allow certain charges that others will.
