Usually a surveyor isn't in the surveyor-client privilege zone. But spent time on the phone this morning saying nothing as a lawyer pumped me for info about a parcel I did a couple of months ago.........
What a mess, nothing I can do about it, it's a title issue, I had to keep saying he needs to call the clients attorney and that I couldn't discuss it, which of course is a tell that something is going on.....
