Appears to be a data file format change/update. Simply applying GIS to international mapping of territorial boundaries. [sarcasm]What could possibly go wrong?[/sarcasm]
The serious "hissy fit" comes when data from multiple countries claim overlapping boundaries. Nothing new in that just a more precise definition of the conflicting claims.
